Job Description
The Visual Merchandiser Associate creates and sets up attractive in-store displays that guide customers through the store and enhance the shopping experience. The role supports sales by arranging products and visuals strategically to capture attention, encourage purchases, and create a welcoming environment that drives repeat visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Visual Merchandising plans into creative window displays, product placements, props, and floor layouts that engage customers.
- Execute seasonal floor plans, product launches, and store layout changes.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage production and installation timelines.
- Apply creative ideas while remaining cost-conscious and supporting cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain brand standards and align with Marketing & Communications guidelines.
- Stay updated on visual merchandising trends and customer preferences to enhance the in-store experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Store teams to ensure effective implementation and sales impact.
- Implement store signage programs following commercial guidelines.
Skill & Experience
- High School Certificate required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- 1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute creative displays accurately.
