Job Description

The Territory Customer Executive is responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated territory. This includes building strong customer relationships, executing sales plans, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets. The role involves supervising HORECA accounts, monitoring market trends, and providing regular reports to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with Food Service (FS) customers.
  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow business with FS customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maximize sales.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Skill & Experience

  • High School Certificate.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; strong verbal skills in Arabic.
  • Selling and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with customers effectively.
