Job Description
Responsible for controlling flydubai’s store inventory, ensuring proper receipt, storage, distribution, and dispatch of aircraft components in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages the proper handling, storage, and issuance of all flydubai materials in line with internal policies and operational needs.
- Keeps stores facilities well-organised, secure, and efficient to ensure uninterrupted operational support.
- Regularly checks environmental storage conditions such as temperature and humidity, escalating any non-conformities without delay.
- Confirms that incoming aircraft components meet all relevant regulatory requirements (CAA, EASA, FAA, GCAA) and company standards.
- Ensures material quantities, condition, and traceability are accurately controlled and fully documented within approved parameters.
- Executes all store-related activities with a strong focus on precision, responsibility, and procedural compliance.
- Fulfils material requests accurately and within required timelines to avoid maintenance or operational delays.
- Completes thorough shift handovers, maintaining clear and accurate logs to support operational continuity.
- Adheres to Safety Management System (SMS) requirements and supports safety performance objectives to maintain regulatory compliance.
Skill & Experience
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- Able to communicate clearly in English.
- Experience using aviation inventory systems such as AMOS, TRAX, or similar, and comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Total experience and qualifications between 4 and 6 years.
