Software Engineer (Zoho Developer)
Job Description
An experienced Zoho Developer is required with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building advanced Zoho workflows and handling integrations, especially with Logistiq products. The role focuses on designing, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications to support business and logistics operations, with strong knowledge across the Zoho ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Zoho workflows and custom applications
- Integrate Zoho applications with Logistiq products and other third-party systems
- Customize Zoho modules, forms, and reports to meet business and logistics requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Zoho workflows, integrations, and automation processes
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize Zoho applications for performance, scalability, and usability
- Document development processes, workflows, and integration procedures for future reference
- Stay updated on new Zoho features, updates, and best practices to improve system efficiency
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university
- 5+ years of experience in Zoho development, particularly in Zoho Creator and CRM
- Advanced skills in Deluge scripting, REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth 2.0
- Familiarity with Python and Java is a plus
- Strong experience with Zoho products, including CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Analytics, and Flow
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, approval processes, and blueprint configurations
- Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, microservices, and web services
- Knowledge of security best practices and identity management
- Experience in data migration, data mapping, and system integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, documentation, and meetings
