Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workplace guidelines in line with the playbook, governance, and internal standards.
  • Oversee service providers’ performance, ensuring compliance with agreements, reviewing reports, and addressing any issues or gaps.
  • Manage day-to-day workplace services, coordinating with third-party partners to deliver agreed services and maintenance.
  • Facilitate interactions between service providers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Supervise maintenance work and conduct facility inspections to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support service providers in planning office space allocation and optimizing layouts.
  • Manage office supplies, monitor consumption, and ensure timely ordering.
  • Coordinate catering services to meet requirements, addressing and escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist in contract preparation and monitor compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Consolidate budget inputs for VP/SVP review and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by implementing relevant policies and procedures.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Engineering (Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of relevant experience in workplace operations, office support, facilities management, or space management.
  • Experience in contract administration, supplier management, and budget management/reporting.
  • Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of office administration, operations, space planning, and office layout.
  • Familiarity with WELL and LEED accreditation or frameworks is a plus.
  • Understanding of office supplies management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
