Job Description
The Senior Manager – People Experience leads initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace experience. The role designs and implements programs for talent development, recognition, wellbeing, and organizational culture. Collaborates with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure a positive work environment, drive employee retention, and align people strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement a continuous Employee Listening Strategy, including lifecycle signals (onboarding, performance, exits), pulse surveys, journey mapping, and interviews to capture actionable insights
- Translate raw feedback and data into behavioral insights that inform people strategies and initiatives
- Design organizational rituals, habits, and programs that embed high-impact work into daily routines
- Collaborate across teams to bring the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life across the employee journey
- Design and execute a regional recognition program aligned with organizational goals, strategy, and EVP
- Provide strategic input on major company events, including annual celebrations, office activations, and alumni programs
Skill & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR or related fields, with hands-on experience delivering company-wide people experience or culture change initiatives
- Advanced degree in Behavioral Science, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent experience in human systems and UX research
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify behavioral patterns from survey data and translate insights into actionable strategies for senior leadership
- Proven track record designing and executing large-scale enterprise change projects to enhance employee experience, retention, or shift behaviors
- High emotional intelligence for conducting deep-dive interviews, paired with strong analytical skills to validate insights statistically
- Empathetic, data-driven, and able to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
