Job Description
The Senior HR Manager – National Talent & Government Affairs at Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) will lead the planning and execution of national talent initiatives and government-aligned workforce programs. The role collaborates with HR, business leaders, and external partners to ensure compliance, develop a sustainable talent pipeline, and drive effective workforce strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of national talent initiatives in line with business priorities and workforce programs.
- Oversee policies, KPIs, and reporting processes to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and business units to integrate national talent goals into workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Manage dashboards and analytics to monitor progress and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and support structured collaboration initiatives.
- Provide guidance on talent development, internal mobility, and readiness frameworks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery, audit preparedness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Skill & Experience
- Extensive experience in HR, national workforce programs, compliance-focused operations, or government-related environments.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and implement governance across multiple business units.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
