Job Description

The Senior HR Manager – National Talent & Government Affairs at Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) will lead the planning and execution of national talent initiatives and government-aligned workforce programs. The role collaborates with HR, business leaders, and external partners to ensure compliance, develop a sustainable talent pipeline, and drive effective workforce strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of national talent initiatives in line with business priorities and workforce programs.
  • Oversee policies, KPIs, and reporting processes to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and business units to integrate national talent goals into workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Manage dashboards and analytics to monitor progress and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and support structured collaboration initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on talent development, internal mobility, and readiness frameworks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery, audit preparedness, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Skill & Experience

  • Extensive experience in HR, national workforce programs, compliance-focused operations, or government-related environments.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and implement governance across multiple business units.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
