Job Description
The Sales Coordinator supports sales operations by coordinating and collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. Responsibilities include assisting in order processing, tracking sales performance, resolving interdepartmental issues, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely support to the sales team to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for partner restaurant queries or complaints via calls or emails, delegating issues to Sales Representatives when necessary
- Upload, update, and maintain restaurant information online accurately and in a timely manner
- Set up and configure systems for new partners, provide training, and troubleshoot system issues from vendor or partner side
- Monitor and update records of closed restaurants
- Collect, document, and file restaurant contracts, amendments, and other sales-related data
- Prepare periodic contract delivery and pick-up reports
- Manage restaurant accounts, maintain partner relationships, and resolve operational issues between partner restaurants and users
- Prepare reports on transmission methods, assist in programming/replacing GPRS printers, and train restaurant or call center personnel on using transmission systems (GPRS, Pigeon software)
- Follow up on restaurant-related activities, including transmission method reports and contract delivery/pickup acknowledgments
Skill & Experience
- Proficient in MS Office, with Excel certification
- Must possess a valid UAE Family Book
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales platforms
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
