Job Description

A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, and maintaining client records. They coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, track sales performance, assist with reporting, and help ensure smooth operations. Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills are essential to help drive sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, sales team, and hotel departments.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales documents accurately and on time.
  • Support in organizing meetings, site visits, and client events.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure smooth processing of reservations, bookings, and group arrangements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports and forecasts.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in hotel sales, events coordination, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel CRM/booking systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing reports and documents.
