Sales Associate – Russian Speaker
Job Description
The Sales Associate assists customers on the shop floor, addressing their needs promptly to provide excellent service and support sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, provide assistance, and address their needs promptly while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Help customers with product selection, offer advice, and suggest gift vouchers when appropriate.
- Continuously arrange and replenish the shop, keeping shelves and the shop floor clean and organized.
- Monitor for security risks or theft and report incidents promptly to prevent loss.
- Conduct regular physical and electronic inventory checks to ensure accurate stock records.
- Display and arrange merchandise according to guidance from the Merchandiser or Shop Manager; update price tags during promotions or as required.
- Take measurements for alterations, assign prices, record requests, and communicate changes to the tailor.
- Promote additional products and services to achieve hourly and daily sales targets.
- Notify the Department Manager of unavailable or low-performing products.
- Organize products in the appropriate sections based on sales trends, release dates, and Department Manager guidance.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Russian.
