Job Description

The role ensures all sales administrators follow company processes and procedures at all times. This is done through monitoring order processing, maintaining customer records, and providing clear guidance. The position also supports reporting and performance tracking by keeping accurate sales records, updating relevant systems, coordinating with teams, and resolving any administrative or operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office tasks to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying.
  • Prepare sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
  • Promote the brand internally and externally.
  • Gather materials and assemble information packages, including brochures and promotional items.
  • Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software (commissions, leads, third parties).
  • Respond to guest inquiries about property facilities, services, rates, packages, and events.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients via phone and email.
  • Follow company policies and procedures; maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets.
  • Welcome and assist guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and clients.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
  • Comply with quality assurance standards.

Skill & Experience

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related role.
  • Supervisory Experience: Not required.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None needed.
