Job Description
Drive revenue growth by managing room inventory, pricing, and distribution channels. Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize revenue performance while maintaining high guest satisfaction and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly revenue reports and recommendations for all outlets to support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Manager and Revenue Analyst to create weekly forecasts for Rooms, F&B, and C&E.
- Maintain and update revenue management information for Rooms, F&B, and C&E in line with IHG standards.
- Monitor competitor pricing, track local market trends, and identify key demand drivers to suggest appropriate actions.
- Implement upselling strategies to increase revenue across all outlets.
- Assist the Cluster Director of Revenue in preparing the departmental annual budget and work to meet targets by monitoring revenue and expenses.
- Regularly review and analyze revenue trends to ensure performance aligns with budget and market expectations, taking corrective action as needed.
- Manage staffing costs efficiently by preparing schedules that comply with legal requirements while supporting operational needs.
Skill & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in the service or hospitality industry, preferably in Sales & Marketing, Revenue, or a related commercial role.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and results-oriented, with strong focus on quality and customer service.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and collaborative, with a team-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and committed to growth within a global hospitality environment.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills, able to make thoughtful decisions under pressure.
