Job Description
This role focuses on delivering outstanding dining experiences while representing the brand at every stage of the guest journey. The aim is to provide smooth, attentive service from arrival to departure, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return to our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Make sure daily F&B service tasks are carried out according to set standards and procedures
- Guide and train team members during service
- Give clear and helpful feedback during and after shifts
- Review daily operations and allocate staff where needed
- Lead short shift briefings to keep everyone informed
- Address issues early and handle guest concerns properly
- Stay in regular contact with the team, always keeping guest needs as the priority
Skill & Experience
- Friendly and service-focused personality with strong emotional awareness
- At least 4 years of experience in the hospitality sector
- Minimum 2 years in an F&B supervisory or similar role within a 5-star hotel
- High school certificate required; a hotel management or related diploma/degree is an advantage
