Job Description
Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of products from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure products meet customer needs and business goals. Monitor performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements to maximize impact and value.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of product initiatives, managing them from discovery and prioritization through delivery and iteration.
- Understand the B2B customer base and translate their needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver features across web and mobile platforms.
- Use data to guide product decisions, track performance, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Define, monitor, and act on key business and product KPIs, addressing challenges proactively.
- Support multiple product categories from the start, shaping product areas within a newly launched B2B marketplace.
- Contribute to business strategy and growth initiatives, balancing customer needs, operational limits, and commercial objectives.
Skill & Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce, marketplaces, or B2B products.
- Strong analytical skills with practical experience using BigQuery or similar data tools.
- Comfortable working in early-stage or ambiguous product environments, shaping both the product and processes.
- Good understanding of business metrics, growth drivers, and ways to measure product performance.
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to achieve results.
- Customer-focused, able to quickly understand new business models and customer segments.
- Takes ownership, makes decisions confidently, and acts with a results-oriented mindset.
