Job Description
As an Operations Manager Support the smooth operation of the Chauffeur Drive portfolio and other assigned contracts, ensuring service quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Work with the Operations team to maintain accurate data, coordinate with internal departments like finance, HR, and transport, and assist the Account Manager in managing, implementing, and delivering all transport, aviation, and logistics responsibilities across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain contract operational performance, ensuring all assets are deployed on time according to client demand.
- Understand contract commercial aspects and track operational management to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage daily operational reporting to support financial performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring account coverage at all levels.
- Suggest initiatives to improve efficiency and identify potential opportunities.
- Analyze trends and metrics to enhance processes, workflows, and productivity.
- Prepare management reports, daily deployment data, and track driver performance.
- Motivate team members and promote operational excellence and business performance.
- Develop streamlined processes, enforce quality control, and document key workflows.
- Use automation tools to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Research industry trends, software, and best practices to support innovation.
- Collaborate across departments to gather information and propose process improvements.
Skill & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- University or college degree in Transport, Aviation, or related field
- Knowledge of transport management and operational procedures
- Experience in rostering, asset deployment, and vehicle utilization
- Understanding of limousine and RTA regulations
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in report writing and documentation
