Job Description
As a Night Manager, responsible for supervising all night-time hotel operations, handling guest requests and issues, ensuring safety and security, supporting staff, and maintaining high service standards to provide a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Room Divisions Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in managing daily front desk operations and guest services
- Oversee check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating front desk staff
- Coach and guide team members to maintain high service standards
- Handle reservations and accommodate special guest requests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
- Promote and manage the hotel’s loyalty program
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Security for seamless service
- Assist with budget management and financial targets for the Front Office
- Provide guests with information about local events and attractions
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in front office operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in property management systems and hotel software
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and industry best practices
- Familiar with local culture, customs, and attractions in Dubai and the UAE
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
