Job Description

As a Night Manager, responsible for supervising all night-time hotel operations, handling guest requests and issues, ensuring safety and security, supporting staff, and maintaining high service standards to provide a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Room Divisions Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in managing daily front desk operations and guest services
  • Oversee check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating front desk staff
  • Coach and guide team members to maintain high service standards
  • Handle reservations and accommodate special guest requests
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
  • Promote and manage the hotel’s loyalty program
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Security for seamless service
  • Assist with budget management and financial targets for the Front Office
  • Provide guests with information about local events and attractions

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in front office operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in property management systems and hotel software
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and industry best practices
  • Familiar with local culture, customs, and attractions in Dubai and the UAE
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
