Job Description

A next-generation procurement marketplace is being built across the UAE and KSA, covering multiple categories and a multi-billion-dollar market. The B2B Sales Lead will create demand from scratch, assess and validate market opportunities, secure customers, and help establish Noon’s B2B operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess high-potential customer segments using both data and on-the-ground insights.
  • Launch early go-to-market activities, secure customers, and generate revenue quickly.
  • Build and grow demand from the ground up for the assigned category.
  • Analyze category economics, supplier incentives, and customer purchasing behavior in detail.
  • Test and optimize pricing, RFQ processes, customer incentives, and acquisition strategies.

Skill & Experience

  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or category management.
  • Experience working with SME or enterprise procurement customers is an advantage.
  • Able to effectively influence both sellers and customers.
  • Comfortable spending time in the field and operating independently with high expectations.
