Job Description
The role involves contributing to strategy development and business transformation initiatives across the Babyshop portfolio, including supporting the group’s growth agenda in new markets and business areas. The position works on strategic projects across multiple functions, providing research and operational support to leadership, and delivering insights to guide management decisions. The role offers exposure to the full retail value chain across stores, e-commerce, and B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leader, identifying strategic initiatives and operational improvements that require attention
- Support the group’s annual strategic planning process and contribute to long-term growth initiatives
- Track and review key performance indicators through dashboards, reports, and presentations, including internal and external communications
- Provide operational support and coordinate with the Landmark Leadership Team for smooth execution of initiatives
- Help set the leader’s strategic priorities and identify areas of focus
- Manage the leader’s time effectively to evaluate opportunities and maintain focus on critical initiatives
- Prepare meeting agendas, review upcoming meetings, and ensure the leader has all necessary information to be productive
- Monitor information flow to ensure the leader is involved in decisions at the right time
- Build strong relationships across the organization to influence outcomes and support cross-functional initiatives
- Maintain a broad organizational perspective to help secure support for leadership objectives and foster long-term partnerships
- Oversee cross-functional or concept-wide projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Drive decision-making by facilitating discussions and aligning teams
- Conduct research, benchmark performance, analyze data, and make actionable recommendations
Skill & Experience
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from a top-tier institute
- 3–5 years of strategy consulting experience with a leading international consulting firm
- Experience working with business leaders on corporate projects, particularly in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills to identify key business drivers and support data-driven decisions
- Proven track record in project coordination and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel modeling
- Detail-oriented with strong process discipline
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
