Job Description

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser is responsible for managing store visual presentation and maintaining high-impact commercial standards. This includes executing store layouts, window displays, and seasonal updates to support sales targets. The role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, awareness of trends, and a hands-on approach to applying brand guidelines while enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement mannequin styling in line with VP directives, current trends, and seasonal updates.
  • Execute seasonal VM guidelines by adapting brand directives to store layouts.
  • Design and maintain wall and table displays that are creative, innovative, and commercially appealing.
  • Manage POP and mannequin processes, including base identification, storage, returns, and care before and after campaigns.
  • Ensure visual processes and procedures are followed to maintain brand consistency across all stores.
  • Support Back of House management, including wardrobe imagery, POP materials, and benefit sign updates.
  • Analyze sales performance and business insights to make informed VM decisions, optimizing visibility of bestsellers and key product categories.
  • Document and maintain photo reports, collaborating with Area Visual Merchandisers to track VM updates and campaigns.
  • Ensure timely execution of visual activities in line with marketing schedules.
  • Implement seasonal marketing updates, including wardrobe images, benefit signs, and promotional materials.
  • Provide feedback to line managers and suppliers on the quality and content of visual materials.
  • Manage VM and marketing costs, props, and campaign materials efficiently to stay within budget.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and marketing teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and store events effectively.

Skill & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail, or Visual Merchandising is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of store layouts, styling, display techniques, and brand alignment.
  • Ability to interpret fashion trends and create visually compelling displays.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to optimize visual strategies to drive sales performance.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Hindi and/or Arabic is a plus.
