Job Description
The HR Business Partner manages HR activities in-store, covering Talent Acquisition, Development, Performance, and Rewards. They work closely with business stakeholders to ensure an efficient, productive workforce while optimizing all aspects of human resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise managers on employee relations matters, including documenting and communicating solutions and handling disciplinary actions.
- Guide managers in team development, ensuring employees have the skills needed to meet current and future business needs.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with company policies, including the code of conduct, employee handbook, dress code, working schedules, and staff facilities.
- Support the performance review process, maintain the appraisal system, and communicate learning and training requirements to the Talent Development team.
- Follow health and safety protocols to identify and mitigate risks, safeguarding employees and the workplace.
- Conduct exit interviews, manage transfers, and facilitate relocations with accurate documentation.
- Deliver training programs for specific areas using prepared content and ensure consistent implementation of employee engagement activities.
- Analyze job requirements, source candidates through databases and social media, screen, interview, and select applicants for lower- and mid-level positions.
- Provide HR data analysis, identify trends, and generate insights to support employee engagement and improve business performance.
- Implement and maintain optimal staff structures aligned with store requirements and productivity goals.
- Coordinate allocation of budgeted hours and headcount while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
