Job Description
ENOC is looking for UAE Nationals who are interested in building strong workplace culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting effective HR practices. Key Responsibilities
- Work with teams to roll out engagement activities such as surveys and wellness programs to improve employee satisfaction.
- Plan workforce needs and succession plans to ensure future roles are covered with the right skills.
- Review HR data and reports to spot trends and suggest practical improvements.
- Support the design and delivery of reward and recognition programs to retain and motivate employees.
- Partner with business units on hiring needs, performance reviews, and employee relations matters.
- Manage manpower planning and budgets to support efficiency and cost control.
- Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Advise managers on day-to-day HR matters and support key people initiatives.
Skill & Experience
- 5 to 7 years of HR experience covering multiple functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Practical experience using HR systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
