Job Description

The Housekeeping Attendant at Conrad Dubai is responsible for supporting all Housekeeping and Laundry operations, managing guest requests by assessing each need and coordinating tasks among team members. This ensures that work is completed efficiently and promptly, delivering a clean, comfortable, and exceptional experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all Housekeeping and Laundry operations consistently meet the hotel’s brand standards and high operating expectations
• Monitor the appearance, performance, and standards of all Housekeeping and Laundry team members, emphasizing training, teamwork, and professional conduct
• Deliver excellent guest service, responding promptly to requests and ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinate with Floor Housekeeping Supervision to manage room availability and timely release for guest occupancy
• Oversee departmental controls, including employee scheduling, master key release, incident recording, and management of linen and uniform input/output
• Review guest information in CRM daily, ensuring preferences and requests are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Inspect staff uniforms and arrange for cleaning or repair as necessary
• Manage and control departmental documentation and workflow, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and communication
• Oversee daily release of linen from Laundry and distribution of guest clothing for laundry services
• Step in to cover Laundry Attendant duties during holidays, days off, or absences to maintain seamless operations

Skill & Experience

• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Good oral and written communication skills for clear and professional interaction with guests and team members
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and provide exceptional guest service
• Proficient in computers, including intermediate-level use of Microsoft Office applications
