Job Description
Greet guests warmly as they arrive at food and beverage outlets and manage table bookings while smoothly directing guest seating and movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support guests with special requests such as transport, bookings, and laundry by arranging services or coordinating with vendors
- Respond promptly to guest needs and follow up to ensure a positive experience
- Share clear information about the hotel, nearby services, events, and attractions
- Handle calls, messages, and enquiries, resolving issues or passing them to the right teams
- Keep shift records and monitor lounge or bar areas to ensure safety and smooth service
- Report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance concerns without delay
- Follow company guidelines, maintain a neat appearance, and safeguard hotel assets
- Welcome and assist all guests in line with brand standards, including guests with special needs
- Communicate politely and clearly with guests and colleagues
- Work closely with the team to meet service goals and maintain quality standards
- Stay active during shifts and manage light lifting when required
- Carry out other reasonable tasks related to the role
Skill & Experience
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Always well-groomed and professional in appearance
- Friendly personality with the ability to build good guest relationships
- Good understanding of restaurant seating and table arrangements
- Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Graduate in Hotel or Restaurant Management
- At least one year of experience in hotel Food & Beverage service
