Oversee and manage the front office operations to ensure efficient performance and client-focused service, following company standards and financial guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage physician appointment scheduling to meet both patient and business requirements.
- Monitor and handle daily front office activities for efficient workflow.
- Enhance patient experience by maintaining high service standards.
- Improve operational efficiency through regular tracking and management of departmental KPIs.
Skill & Experience
- Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in healthcare, including at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of client service and related management practices.
- Proficient in using computers and MS Office applications.
- Skilled in conflict management.
- Understanding of financial principles and business awareness.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in workforce planning and staff scheduling.
- Familiarity with the UAE healthcare industry.
