Job Description
Emirates Flight Training is a forward-looking division that uses Competency-Based Training (CBTA) and is one of the few global operators fully applying Evidence-Based Training (EBT). The division offers a dynamic environment that focuses on professional development, consistent standards, and modern training methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver FSTD type ratings, recurrent training, refresher courses, and ground school sessions following company guidelines.
- Record and submit thorough evaluations and reports through the electronic reporting system.
- Identify pilots who require additional or remedial training and recommend appropriate programs.
- Advise training management on improvements to enhance training quality, safety, and instructional methods.
- Participate in course development, special projects, and other initiatives to support the training program.
Skill & Experience
- Must have a CPL, MPL, or ATPL license.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a flight instructor or examiner.
- Minimum 1,500 flight hours on multi-crew aircraft.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
