Job Description

The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Mobility section, ensuring all correspondence is directed to the appropriate teams in an organized and efficient manner. It includes managing sales operations for the carrier and roaming services portfolio, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The position is accountable for achieving revenue targets in the mobility business and retaining existing customers. It also oversees the Roaming as a Service (RaaS) portfolio, as well as travel eSIM and IoT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating AED 56M in revenue from mobility services and managing day-to-day operations of mobility customers.
  • Define the vision, strategy, portfolio, go-to-market approach, and business plan for Advanced Mobility in line with international standards.
  • Position mobility services and messaging exclusivity deals with e& operating companies, MNOs, and global partners, while coordinating with regional teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong e& hub connecting all OpCos to existing services and prepare for upselling new offerings.
  • Lead a team of sales and account managers to strengthen customer relationships, grow the trading business, achieve year-on-year targets, and maximize e& group synergies.
  • Develop bundled service offerings combining IR, voice, and data services where applicable.
  • Generate new sales opportunities by assessing customer needs, recommending solutions, and following up on implementation.
  • Keep senior leadership informed of market changes, tactical issues, and product/service updates for strategy formulation.
  • Represent the company at events and conferences to enhance e&’s corporate image.
  • Monitor and review sales revenues, forecasts, and pipeline growth to ensure consistent business performance.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 15 years of experience in sales, with significant exposure to the telecom sector, particularly in roaming services.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing sales strategies in complex telecom markets.
  • Experience leading sales teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to achieve business targets.
