Job Description
Manages the Digital Marketing team and handles all areas of American Hospital Dubai’s online marketing. Plans, executes, and tracks the hospital’s campaigns across digital channels. Works to increase the hospital’s presence in the community while building stronger connections with patients and raising awareness of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and manages the overall digital marketing strategy, translating the brand vision and business goals into a clear plan while measuring success through ROI and key performance indicators.
- Leads and supports the digital marketing team, helping them reach organizational goals, carrying out skills audits, and overseeing annual training programs.
- Plans and manages the digital marketing budget, ensuring projects are well scoped, delivered on time, and within budget while following proper financial procedures.
- Reviews suppliers and manages relationships with digital agencies to ensure projects are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Monitors market trends and sales performance, creating campaigns to increase customer engagement, online traffic, and conversions.
- Oversees digital transformation projects, including the hospital’s websites, apps, and other digital platforms, improving usability, content, and conversion rates.
- Manages all social media accounts and helps develop social media and CRM strategies, along with rollout plans for campaigns.
- Supervises campaigns across digital channels such as websites, blogs, email, PPC, SEM, SEO, mobile advertising, affiliate marketing, and social media to maintain brand consistency and generate leads.
- Tracks and analyzes campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, user testing, and market research to improve website and campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to identify opportunities for future digital marketing campaigns.
- Develops content strategies and calendars, ensuring all content meets audience needs, is SEO-friendly, and aligns with the brand’s voice.
- Manages the SEO program, including keyword research, link building, and on-site/off-site optimization, keeping up with industry updates.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Marketing or Advertising.
- Experience in healthcare marketing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, website analytics, and best practices for digital marketing.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Awareness of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
