Job Description
The CRM Manager leads customer lifecycle and engagement strategies across digital channels to drive acquisition, retention, and repeat usage. The role plans and executes targeted campaigns, manages CRM platforms and budgets, analyzes performance through testing and insights, and leads a team to deliver measurable business growth while improving the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full CRM user lifecycle for assigned verticals, ensuring a smooth, value-focused customer journey that delivers strong ROI
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across owned channels to drive acquisition, frequency, and retention
- Design and run A/B tests and CRM experiments with Business Intelligence teams to improve performance through insights
- Develop lifecycle-based CRM campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Work closely with Campaign Operations teams to launch campaigns that address market challenges such as churn and low frequency
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend continuous optimizations using best practices and cross-market learnings
- Manage CRM budgets across selected markets, ensuring spend aligns with monthly, quarterly, and annual plans
- Track cost and performance trends and share clear visibility with local marketing teams
- Lead and develop a CRM team focused on growth, execution quality, and performance
- Take a hands-on, results-driven approach while working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong focus on data, analytics, or business disciplines
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing within fast-paced environments; prior CRM exposure is a strong advantage
- Experience with CRM and campaign management tools such as Braze or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills
- Comfortable working with performance data, reporting results, and driving decisions based on insights
- Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
