Job Description

Create lasting impressions for our guests from the moment they arrive at our hotel. To set this standard, we are seeking a Concierge Supervisor who is detail-oriented and committed to ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, satisfying, and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk, bell service, transport, and valet teams.
  • Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to every guest.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs before they are expressed.
  • Offer accurate and up-to-date information on local attractions, dining, events, and transport options.
  • Support VIP arrivals, group movements, and special guest requests with attention to detail.
  • Address guest concerns calmly and use feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Work closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation and organization in the lobby and concierge areas.
  • Represent the hotel as a brand ambassador and actively promote its services and experiences.

Skill & Experience

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in concierge or guest services within a hotel or resort.
  • Minimum of one year in a supervisory or similar leadership role.
  • Confident, hands-on leader able to guide, motivate, and support a team.
  • Good knowledge of the local area, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Able to stay calm, organized, and professional under pressure.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is an advantage.
