Job Description
Concierge role involves assisting guests with a variety of services to enhance their stay, including providing information about the hotel and local area, making reservations, arranging transportation, handling luggage, and addressing special requests to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience. They serve as the main point of contact for guest needs and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with special requests and services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning by taking action or contacting relevant vendors.
- Respond to guest needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide information about the hotel, local services, events, and activities.
- Answer calls, messages, and inquiries; resolve issues or coordinate with relevant staff (e.g., bell staff, housekeeping).
- Maintain shift logs and oversee lounge/bar areas for service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Report accidents, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect hotel property.
- Welcome and assist guests according to brand standards, including guests with disabilities.
- Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and uphold quality standards.
- Be prepared for extended periods of standing, sitting, or moving; handle light loads up to 4.5 kg.
- Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Work Experience: No previous experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
