Job Description

Concierge role involves assisting guests with a variety of services to enhance their stay, including providing information about the hotel and local area, making reservations, arranging transportation, handling luggage, and addressing special requests to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience. They serve as the main point of contact for guest needs and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with special requests and services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning by taking action or contacting relevant vendors.
  • Respond to guest needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide information about the hotel, local services, events, and activities.
  • Answer calls, messages, and inquiries; resolve issues or coordinate with relevant staff (e.g., bell staff, housekeeping).
  • Maintain shift logs and oversee lounge/bar areas for service, safety, and guest well-being.
  • Report accidents, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect hotel property.
  • Welcome and assist guests according to brand standards, including guests with disabilities.
  • Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and uphold quality standards.
  • Be prepared for extended periods of standing, sitting, or moving; handle light loads up to 4.5 kg.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.
