Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of Club InterContinental, ensuring smooth, personalized check-in and check-out experiences.
- Supervise Club Lounge service, including breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and all-day refreshments.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a multi-skilled team to maintain consistent, high-quality service standards.
- Ensure service runs smoothly, standards remain impeccable, and guest preferences are anticipated and met.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping teams to provide seamless guest experiences.
- Address guest feedback and concerns with discretion, confidence, and professionalism.
- Ensure Club guests receive priority recognition and personalized attention at every touchpoint.
- Support accurate billing, cost management, and adherence to established procedures.
- Maintain full compliance with IHG brand standards, hygiene, safety, and local regulations.
Skill & Experience
- Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Food & Beverage at a luxury hotel or resort.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role involving guest-facing operations.
- Deep understanding of delivering personalized, high-end guest experiences.
- Professional, confident, and polished communicator.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams by example.
- Familiarity with Opera or a similar property management system is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
