Job Description
This role is focused on delivering excellent culinary experiences by upholding the brand standards at every stage of the guest visit. It ensures consistent food quality, attention to detail, and memorable dining moments so guests leave fully satisfied and eager to return.
Key Responsibilities
- Make sure all kitchen production work follows set standards and procedures
- Guide and train team members during daily work
- Give clear and helpful feedback during and after shifts
- Review daily operations and allocate staff and resources as needed
- Lead short team briefings during shifts to keep everyone informed
- Reduce service issues and handle recovery promptly when problems occur
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, keeping guest needs as the priority
Skill & Experience
- Strong service mindset with high emotional awareness
- At least 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Minimum 2 years in a culinary supervisory role or similar position in a 5-star environment
- High school qualification in Catering or a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field
