Job Description
Represent Air Arabia as a brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight. Promote a positive corporate image, enhance the overall customer experience, and maintain readiness and fitness to perform duties in line with company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and compliance with regulations for assigned flights.
- Attend pre-flight briefings to review flight details, roles, security checks, boarding procedures, and targets.
- Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, and maintain accurate records in the aircraft logbook.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger requests, pre-bookings, and any stress or difficulties according to policies.
- Conduct pre-flight checks to verify supplies, emergency equipment, catering, and duty-free products; report deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
- Promote on-board sales and charity programs, handling cash and credit card payments securely.
- Ensure cabin cleanliness, orderly handover/takeover with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Administer first aid when needed and report safety or security irregularities promptly.
- Identify and address safety or security risks in coordination with the Cabin Supervisor following SOPs.
- Carry out post-flight briefings, assessment reports, and, when designated, assume Cabin Supervisor responsibilities.
- Maintain professional knowledge and skills through recurrent training, emergency drills, and educational workshops.
- Contribute to team targets, including sales and service goals, while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.
Skill & Experience
- Age: 18–29 years for fresh candidates; up to 33 years for experienced cabin crew.
- Minimum height: 160 cm (female), 170 cm (male); weight proportional to age and height.
- Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while in uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties; able to swim with a flotation device.
- Education: Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is advantageous.
- Good general health with no serious medical conditions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic preferred.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; previous cabin crew or customer service experience in aviation or hospitality is a plus.
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Able to work shifts, extended hours, and adapt to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and meet performance targets (KPIs).
