Job Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting institutional clients and alternative trade channels, with the goal of increasing sales and profit margins for Poultry products in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that maximize sales and margins.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for Poultry products in the region.
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
- Support negotiation and deal closure with new clients while ensuring company policies and profitability standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of total sales experience, preferably in a van sales environment within the FMCG sector.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) supervisory role.
- Proficient in English and Arabic.
- Strong supervisory and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and influence decisions.
- Numeracy and analytical skills for sales performance monitoring.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Basic computer skills (required for external candidates).
