Job Description
The Busgirl at Anasa Restaurant plays a key support role in the service team by assisting waiters and waitresses with food and beverage service, clearing tables, and keeping workstations clean and organized. This position is essential for maintaining smooth service operations and ensuring a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the service team in providing friendly, timely, and efficient food and beverage service
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain smooth service flow within Anasa Restaurant
- Respond to guest queries courteously and professionally
- Maintain good knowledge of menu items and products offered at Anasa
- Follow proper reporting procedures when issues or incidents arise
- Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
- Assist with phone calls and messages, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
- Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and according to standards
- Keep all equipment clean, polished, and properly maintained
- Ensure all necessary chemicals and supplies are available and ready for daily operations
