Job Description

The AVP Corporate Brand & Communications leads the development and execution of the brand, marketing, and communications strategy, enhancing reputation, stakeholder trust, and employee pride. This role manages initiatives that highlight culinary excellence, operational performance, and sustainability efforts while supporting organizational growth and driving cultural transformation across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a clear brand and communications plan that highlights the company’s strategic position, operational quality, and Dubai’s aviation prominence.
  • Promote trust and loyalty with airline partners by communicating operational reliability, culinary innovation, food safety, and service excellence.
  • Increase awareness of the company’s non-airline businesses and diversification opportunities in a consistent and cohesive way.
  • Lead internal communications to engage employees, strengthen culture, and build pride in the company’s mission.
  • Share sustainability, CSR, and ESG achievements to showcase environmental responsibility, community contributions, and alignment with UAE goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across visual identity, corporate naming, and brand architecture.
  • Manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and events to enhance industry visibility and influence.
  • Maintain crisis communication plans and media strategies to protect reputation and ensure operational continuity.
  • Oversee content creation across digital platforms, film, vehicle branding, and collateral to improve stakeholder perception.
  • Track performance metrics, governance, and reporting to measure strategy adoption and brand impact internally and externally.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is required; MBA in Marketing or Corporate Communications preferred.
  • Over 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, brand, and communications, ideally in large or mid-sized organizations.
  • Strong expertise in corporate branding, strategic communications, and integrated marketing at national or international levels.
  • Skilled in multi-channel strategies, governance frameworks, and internal communications.
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools, social media, content management, and analytics.
  • Experienced in stakeholder engagement, corporate storytelling, thought leadership, and reputation management campaigns.
  • Capable of leading brand management, positioning, and identity initiatives.
  • Drive integrated marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, and analytics to optimize results.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including crisis response and corporate messaging.
  • Support sustainability, CSR, and ESG programs while promoting employee engagement and cultural alignment.
  • Plan and execute partnerships, sponsorships, and industry events to enhance visibility and influence.
  • Use data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategy.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
