Job Description
Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC, air quality, and refrigeration systems, while conducting daily checks of the mechanical plant and monitoring property temperature. Tracks and analyzes energy and utility usage, calibrates controls, gauges, and meters, and installs, tests, and maintains electrical systems and wiring. Also assembles and maintains pipes, fittings, and valves, and performs routine pool and spa maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor property temperature, energy usage, and utility systems.
- Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
- Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.
- Follow safety policies, report hazards, and complete required training.
- Maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, and ensure confidentiality.
- Provide guest support and address service needs professionally.
- Develop positive relationships with team members and respond to concerns.
- Ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards, recommending improvements.
- Handle objects weighing up to 100 pounds and move safely in varied environments.
- Perform other maintenance or operational duties as requested by supervisors.
Skill & Experience
- Education: Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related field
- Supervisory Experience: None required
- Certifications: EPA Universal Certification, HVAC Certification
- Driver’s License: Required
