Job Description

The Associate Manager – Talent Management supports all activities within the Talent Management process. This includes assisting in the design and implementation of initiatives to develop a skilled and engaged workforce, retain high-potential employees, and strengthen the organization’s leadership pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and share relevant reports with stakeholders to track pending tasks and requirements.
  • Assist the Talent Manager in coordinating with country teams to ensure clarity on performance management expectations.
  • Support the development of tools and processes to identify high-potential employees and provide growth opportunities.
  • Aid in implementing career management and succession planning frameworks according to organizational processes.
  • Prepare presentations and updates for senior management, offering a clear view of talent management initiatives.
  • Promote awareness of talent management programs and projects across the organization.
  • Identify professional development opportunities to enhance leadership and technical skills.
  • Provide training and feedback to direct reports as needed.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is an advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
