Job Description
The Associate Manager – Talent Management supports all activities within the Talent Management process. This includes assisting in the design and implementation of initiatives to develop a skilled and engaged workforce, retain high-potential employees, and strengthen the organization’s leadership pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and share relevant reports with stakeholders to track pending tasks and requirements.
- Assist the Talent Manager in coordinating with country teams to ensure clarity on performance management expectations.
- Support the development of tools and processes to identify high-potential employees and provide growth opportunities.
- Aid in implementing career management and succession planning frameworks according to organizational processes.
- Prepare presentations and updates for senior management, offering a clear view of talent management initiatives.
- Promote awareness of talent management programs and projects across the organization.
- Identify professional development opportunities to enhance leadership and technical skills.
- Provide training and feedback to direct reports as needed.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- CIPD or SHRM certification is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
