Job Description
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. The role involves coordinating sales activities, supervising the sales team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Assistant Sales Manager helps develop strategies, monitor performance, and contribute to the overall success of the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets while providing excellent customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events to expand the client base.
- Work with Finance to ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate account records to support profit goals.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations highlighting key benefits to meet client needs.
- Assist in negotiating commercial terms, preparing proposals, and managing documentation in line with company policies.

Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in food service sales within the UAE market.
- Strong track record in key account management, consistently achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Deep knowledge of UAE food industry, including HORECA, QSR, retail, distribution, and product development.
- Familiarity with export procedures and ex-works terms is a plus.
- Established client database and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
