Analyst Logistics Performance
Job Description
The UAE Logistics Team focuses on delivering strong customer experience while running efficient operations. The Analyst – Logistics Operations supports this goal by analyzing logistics performance, improving processes and systems, and helping configure delivery preferences for the best service outcomes. The role drives automation, uses company tools effectively, and provides data-based solutions to improve delivery efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics systems, tools, and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, trends, and areas for improvement
- Solve complex analytical problems and implement actionable solutions to enhance delivery performance and operational efficiency
- Work with large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, diagnose operational gaps, and recommend improvements across the logistics network
- Ensure the effective rollout, adoption, and utilization of Delivery Hero technology, tools, and data models to optimize operations
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including country teams, regional teams, and data science teams, to improve process efficiency and technology effectiveness
- Enhance reporting systems and data visibility to enable faster, data-driven decision-making across all markets
- Monitor operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, continuously refining solutions to maintain high service standards and optimize delivery outcomes
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in STEM, Economics, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in tech startups or operational roles preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas across multiple teams and markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Slides; SQL skills required
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
- Familiarity with geographical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus
