Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow client contracts, build strategic aviation partnerships, ensure accurate data with the Operations team, and coordinate with internal departments including finance, payroll, HR, recruitment, transport, and accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing service delivery within contract terms.
- Track monthly operational data and prepare quarterly reports to review contract financial performance.
- Monitor billable vs. non-billable staff and report any contract variations to the Divisional Manager for client approval.
- Ensure department meets performance targets as defined in the business unit scorecard.
- Oversee accurate monthly billing and timely invoice collection.
- Maintain and improve client relationships through regular meetings and site visits, addressing service quality issues.
- Plan and align staff schedules to meet client requirements and manage workforce during peaks and troughs.
- Monitor team processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with Performance Manager SOPs.
- Supervise operations staff, including conducting meetings, site visits, training, absenteeism tracking, and resolving staff issues.
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, cross-team activities, and training strategies.
- Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Track employee performance, absenteeism, and accidents, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Recognize top-performing staff, including nominating for Employee of the Month awards.
Skill & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar industry such as Aviation or Staffing
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Strong financial understanding is a plus
- IATA or IOSH certification is advantageous
