Senior Team Leader – Data and Platform Management
Job Description
The Senior Team Leader – Data and Platform Management will lead RTA’s initiatives in corporate data governance, management, and regulation. The role is responsible for developing scalable digital data infrastructure, overseeing advanced data platforms, ensuring data quality and security, and enabling analytics and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of smart, interactive platforms to support business intelligence and organizational decision-making
- Manage RTA’s corporate data repository, ensuring compliance with policies, legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee big data platform development to enable advanced analytics and deliver actionable corporate insights
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive data governance roadmap aligned with national policies and best practices
- Drive continuous improvements in data quality and establish mechanisms for ongoing platform enhancement
- Coordinate with Dubai Digital Authority and external partners to ensure compliance for secure data exchange
- Provide integrated and secure data access to support AI applications and enterprise analytics initiatives
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise data models, databases, and associated architecture
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in enterprise data management, platform development, and large-scale analytics initiatives
- Deep expertise in data governance, big data analytics, cloud computing, AI governance, and technical project management
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional, data-driven environments
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience driving data quality improvements and implementing scalable enterprise data platforms
