Job Description

The Chief Specialist – Employee Happiness & Wellbeing drives initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace wellbeing. This role designs and implements programs focused on mental, physical, and social health, fosters a positive work culture, and partners with HR and leadership teams to measure impact, address employee needs, and create a productive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement initiatives that support employees’ mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback and engagement data to inform program improvements
  • Introduce innovative practices that promote work-life balance, inclusion, and belonging
  • Plan and execute high-impact internal events, including wellness weeks, cultural activities, celebrations, and volunteering days
  • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and post-event evaluation
  • Ensure all events and initiatives reflect company values and strengthen employee connection
  • Lead communication campaigns to promote wellbeing programs and engagement activities
  • Partner with leaders and HR to align wellbeing programs with business priorities
  • Drive recognition programs celebrating achievements, milestones, and contributions
  • Track participation, feedback, and engagement metrics; provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Benchmark programs against industry best practices in employee experience and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with HR, Communications, Facilities, and senior leaders to ensure alignment across initiatives
  • Act as a cultural ambassador and trusted advisor to enhance the day-to-day employee experience

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
  • 8–11 years of experience in employee engagement, corporate events, or wellbeing programs
  • Proven experience planning and executing large-scale corporate events and wellbeing initiatives
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Creative, empathetic, and passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment
