Job Description
The Content & Creative Manager will oversee all creative output for the Homebox brand, ensuring consistency across channels and campaigns. Acting as the “Executive Producer,” this role translates business goals into engaging content, develops creative strategies, and collaborates with the Category team to drive brand campaigns, communication roadmaps, and long-term brand equity across the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the seasonal and topical campaign calendar, conceptualizing overarching themes across all channels
- Lead integrated campaign development from brief to post-campaign analysis, covering seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives
- Develop campaign creative territories, key visuals, messaging hierarchies, and channel-specific adaptations
- Ensure seamless campaign execution across all touchpoints, including digital ads, social media, stores, email, and SMS
- Collaborate with the Category team to align campaigns with product strategies, launches, and seasonal priorities
- Develop integrated brand campaigns and communication roadmaps, as well as category-specific content strategies (furniture, décor, organization, outdoor, etc.)
- Define content strategy supporting brand storytelling across owned channels such as website, social media, email, and stores
- Manage content production logistics including photoshoots, video shoots, AI-assisted content, and creative workflows
- Brief and direct designers, artists, photographers, and videographers on product and lifestyle shoots, campaign productions, and creative deliverables
- Create shot lists, mood boards, and creative direction documents for all content production
- Oversee campaign copywriting in English and Arabic, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
- Serve as the custodian of Homebox brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and markets
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines covering logo usage, color palette, typography, photography style, tone of voice, and design principles
- Review and approve all creative work before release, ensuring alignment with brand standards, campaign objectives, quality, and timelines
- Stay ahead of creative trends in retail, home décor, and lifestyle marketing
Skill & Experience
- 6–8 years of experience in creative and brand management, preferably in furniture or home retail
- Strong creative direction skills with a portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand development, and visual storytelling
- Expertise in brand management, including brand guidelines, brand architecture, and governance
- Design literacy with a strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to provide constructive creative feedback
- Experience managing agencies and vendors, including briefing, relationship management, and budget negotiation
- Production management experience handling photoshoots, video production, and print/digital asset creation
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
