Job Description
The Manager – Digital Merchandiser is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online product assortments, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and customer engagement. The role collaborates with buying, marketing, and e-commerce teams, analyzes digital performance data, and implements merchandising strategies that enhance the online shopping experience while driving revenue and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital merchandising initiatives across all territories
- Define site merchandising layouts for each event based on category sales priorities and historical asset performance
- Oversee design and approval of creative assets used for online merchandising
- Develop and implement end-to-end event changeover plans, ensuring timely asset uploads and execution
- Design, build, and execute landing pages for promotions and events
- Monitor platform performance and resolve site quality/hygiene issues on a regular basis
- Maintain a repository of past creative themes, stock assets, and reference materials for future events
- Coordinate with territory teams to secure approvals for launching online sales events
Skill & Experience
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in website merchandising or visual merchandising
- Experience in e-commerce merchandising is preferred
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including presentations, writing, and verbal interactions
- Flexible and adaptable to different work environments, schedules, and locations
- Ability to independently engage and collaborate with stakeholders across teams
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach
