Logistics Project Manager
Job Description
The role is responsible for overseeing ongoing and upcoming projects across Trilogi, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards. It involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to identify new project opportunities and develop actionable strategies. The role focuses on driving excellence in project execution by standardizing processes, tools, frameworks, and performance metrics across infrastructure, automation, and transformation initiatives, ensuring strong governance, consistent delivery, and capability building aligned with Trilogi’s strategic priorities in logistics, sustainability, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new project opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
- Standardize processes, frameworks, tools, and performance metrics across infrastructure, automation, and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure consistent project execution, strong governance, and capability building aligned with strategic priorities in logistics, sustainability, and digital innovation.
- Lead project teams, monitor progress, and ensure objectives are met.
- Mentor, guide, and align team members with organizational goals, fostering accountability and skill development.
- Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Apply project management methodologies and tools, including SCRUM, AGILE, and HYBRID approaches.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear verbal and written updates.
- Map logistics processes and optimize operational workflows.
- Combine technical knowledge, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to drive team performance and organizational growth.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
