Job Description

The QSHE Coordinator ensures compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards across operations. This role involves monitoring and implementing QSHE policies, conducting audits, identifying risks, supporting corrective actions, and promoting safe and efficient workplace practices. The Coordinator also prepares reports and assists in training staff to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with QSHE management systems across the region.
  • Implement QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor operations to identify risks and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QSHE requirements.
  • Support corrective and preventive actions to maintain high QSHE standards.
  • Promote awareness of QSHE policies and safe work practices among employees.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to QSHE performance.
  • Collaborate with teams to continuously improve quality, safety, health, and environmental practices.

Skill & Experience

  • Diploma in Food Science or HSS (Health, Safety & Security) field.
  • ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor certified (IRCA).
  • 1–2 years’ experience in Dairy QA, QMS, HSS, and EMS.
  • Experience in ISO/HACCP implementation in certified companies.
  • Proficient in English (verbal & written) and Arabic (verbal).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Knowledge of integrated QSHE management systems.
  • Experience in QSHE processes, including implementation, updating, and improvement.
  • Competent in risk assessment and mitigation processes.
  • Technical report writing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable interacting with senior executives.
  • Ability to analyze statistics and generate actionable insights.
  • Able to work effectively in a multi-cultural team environment.
