Job Description
The Sales Supervisor (eCommerce) is responsible for driving online sales within the assigned territory. This includes managing eCommerce accounts, monitoring sales performance, developing strategies to increase revenue, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role also involves analyzing market trends, reporting performance, and supporting the achievement of overall business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive eCommerce sales and distribution of all Almarai products in the assigned area.
- Achieve eCommerce growth targets in line with company objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales ethics.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product availability and visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with eCommerce platforms and key stakeholders.
- Implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in an eCommerce supervisory role, preferably in a van sales environment within the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written in English, verbal in Arabic.
- Strong supervisory and team management skills.
- Numeracy and analytical abilities for monitoring sales performance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
