Job Description
Drive sales, profit, and shelf space growth for all Almarai product groups across the GCC by coordinating national and regional product promotions. Develop effective category and product planograms that are easy to understand and consumer-focused, following current category management practices, to achieve overall sales and profit growth for Almarai.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate national and regional product promotions to drive sales and profit growth.
- Develop and implement effective category and product planograms.
- Ensure planograms are simple, consumer-focused, and aligned with category management principles.
- Monitor and optimize product placement to maximize shelf space utilization.
- Analyze sales and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of plans across the GCC.
- Support overall business objectives by increasing sales, profit, and market share for Almarai products.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, sales promotions, or category management, preferably within the GCC.
- Proficient in English and Arabic.
- Certification in Category Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
- Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver results within deadlines.
