Master Data Officer

Job Description

Deliver accurate and reliable SAP data that meets the needs of the Almarai business community in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement. Regularly review master data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates to enhance data quality. Support business operations by training end users and guiding them to use the system effectively for maximum benefit.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, consistent, and high-quality SAP data in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Support the Almarai business community by providing reliable master data for daily operations.
• Review and maintain master data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Implement required changes to master data to improve data accuracy and usability.
• Coordinate with business teams to understand data requirements and issues.
• Train end users on proper SAP master data usage and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure optimal use of SAP systems.

Skill & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Material Science, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to multiple functional areas.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills.
• Solid knowledge of SAP across functional areas, including understanding of SAP master data setup.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Disciplined and process-oriented approach to delivering services and solutions.
• Strong business understanding with knowledge of both functional and technical SAP modules.
